Sri Lanka will play their second Super Four match of the Asia Cup T20 tournament against Pakistan today (23).
The game is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM Sri Lanka time in Abu Dhabi.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference yesterday (21), Sri Lanka captain Charith Asalanka indicated that the team is likely to include a third pacer in today’s lineup.
He noted that playing with four specialist spinners has created challenges, while the team also needs to strengthen its batting depth, prompting discussions on team balance ahead of the crucial encounter.
