Walas Mull Magistrate Malsha Kodithuwakku today (17) granted approval to detain and interrogate Sampath Manampeiri for a period of seven days.
The order was issued after Manampeiris was produced before court this afternoon. He will remain in the custody of the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) during this period for further questioning.
