The Sri Lanka Women’s squad for the upcoming ICC Women’s One-Day World Cup was officially announced this afternoon (10).
The 15-member squad will be led by Chamari Athapaththu, with Anushka Sanjeewani named as vice-captain.
This year’s Women’s World Cup will be held from September 30 to November 2, jointly hosted by Sri Lanka and India. Sri Lanka’s opening match is scheduled for September 30 in Guwahati against India.
