The Chief Incumbent of the Mihintale Rajamaha Viharaya, Venerable Dr. Walawahangunawewe Dhammarathathana Thero, has arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department today (18).
This was to submit two complaints to the Criminal Investigation Department.
