Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that if Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky were to visit Moscow for peace talks, his personal safety would be guaranteed “100 percent.”
Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum, President Putin said that Moscow would be the most appropriate location to hold discussions aimed at ending the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
However, he also expressed doubt over whether such talks would ever lead to a formal peace agreement.
