The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) celebrates its 74th anniversary today (02).
Accordingly, the party’s anniversary ceremony has been scheduled to take place this evening at the party headquarters, SLFP General Secretary Duminda Dissanayake announced.
The event will be attended by electoral organizers and party activists.
He further stated that, coinciding with the anniversary, the SLFP will also commence its reorganization activities.
Following the anniversary, district-level meetings will be held, along with the initiation of electoral coordinating committees, Mr. Dissanayake added.
