Mitchell Starc Retires from T20 Cricket

Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc has announced his retirement from T20 internationals.

Reports state that Starc has taken this decision in order to prioritize Australia’s Test series scheduled for next year and to prepare for the 2027 ICC One Day International World Cup.

Having made his T20 debut in 2012, Starc represented Australia in 65 matches and claimed 79 wickets during his career in the shortest format of the game.
