The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today (20) issued a notice to former Minister Rajitha Senaratne, for whom an arrest warrant has been issued, to appear before the court on the 29th of August.
After considering a request made by the Bribery Commission, Colombo Chief Magistrate Tanuja Lakmali issued this notice under Section 60(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
