Customs earns highest revenue in history

Sri Lanka Customs earned the highest revenue in history, 235 billion rupees, last month.

Director General of Customs Sunil Nonis made this statement while participating in the launch of the Customs Notification System, which was created by Sri Lanka Customs for the convenience of importers and exporters.

This system was launched yesterday under the patronage of Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Professor Anil Jayantha.

This new system was introduced with the aim of maintaining customs operations efficiently and instilling confidence in exporters.
